made in California by fOXX, probably 1975-1976
This is an Ibanez branded fOXX Fuzz & Wa, made in USA. Only very few samples were produced in 1975/76. It features Fuzz, Octave (here called Octive), four different Wah types and volume control.
Only three existing samples known to the author. Other owners please contact me.
